Religious Texts in Special Collections

Special Collections (go/special) holds varied and valuable collections of rare books and manuscripts representing the world's major religious traditions including an 18th century Hebrew torah scroll on animal skin, smaller Hebrew scrolls, medieval Book of Hours, 16th-18th century Catholic and Christian bibles, Ethiopian Coptic bibles and prayerbooks, hand-written qur'ans, and Buddhist and Hindu sacred and devotional texts.
