JSTOR and Project Muse Access for Alumni

As an alumnus/a of Middlebury you can now access hundreds of multi-disciplinary scholarly journals in the arts, sciences, and social sciences.

  • Access to JSTOR (short for “journal storage”) includes a full-text archive of thousands of scholarly journals in the humanities, social sciences, and sciences.  Some books are also included. (Note that current journal content in JSTOR is excluded from alumni access.) 
  • Project Muse includes full text access to hundreds of scholarly journals in the humanities, social sciences, and mathematics from the 1990s to present. Some books are also included. Funding for this service is provided by the Middlebury College Library.
